Are there discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes! We provide an 8% discount for hat purchases of 10-19 caps. The discount will be automatically applied once you add your items to the cart and checkout. 

For orders of 20+ caps, we provide a 20% discount. Please email us at glorydayscaps@gmail.com, with the quantity of caps per color requested, and we will email you an invoice. This invoice can be paid online through the regular checkout process. 

When will I receive my order?

USA: Please expect to receive your items in about 2 weeks for national USA orders.

International: Please expect to receive your items in about 4 weeks for international orders.

Please note, due to high demand, processing times are slow. Do not rely on the estimated shipping date given at checkout. Actual shipping speed with the shipping method you choose will take into effect after your order ships.  Thank you for your patience!

How can I track my order?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email 3 times:

-You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is processed and ready to be shipped with your tracking number.

Please note, it may take a few days to get an update in the system, as there will be no further information until the package is shipped out.

-You will receive an email the day your order is out for delivery.

-You will receive an email after your package is delivered confirming your delivery.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

No exchanges or refunds are offered unless the cap is damaged or defected.
